Waiward Steel, a Hillcore portfolio company, has marked another milestone:  it has achieved 3,000,000 working man-hours Lost Time Incident (LTI) free.  Waiward Steel takes great pride in this significant achievement as it is exemplary of all of its team members; from the field and shop working force, all the way up to its senior management team.

Waiward is proud to have created a workforce culture that is just as excited at this milestone achievement as we are. The company is proud to have developed and maintained a skilled workforce throughout the entire company, that has been the contributing factor to its success.

The record of 3 million man hours LTI free spans from all of its sites and is inclusive of its fabrication, field construction, drafting and office staff.  This is an incredible achievement in both the steel and oil & gas industry.
