Hillcore and ACS Industrial Services agree to partner on utility scale Canadian wind power programs

The Hillcore Group (“Hillcore”) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with ACS Industrial Services, Inc. a subsidiary of Grupo ACS  (“ACS”).  The agreement creates a process for Hillcore and ACS to work for Hillcore bidding on utility scale wind power programs.  Hillcore is currently preparing a bid for the planned SaskPower wind power installation that is expected to reach 800MW of capacity.

Hillcore has completed preliminary plans for the project and is expected to be the project owner and principal of the initial project. ACS Industrial Services through its associates, Cobra Group, is expected to provide its global experience and expertise in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services, as well as the Operation and Maintenance Services.
