Hillcore is pleased to announce that they have completed the acquisition of Zanron Mechanical Services.  Based in Kitimat, BC, this business is a regional leader in providing fabrication and construction services to the two large industrial operators in the area: Canada LNG and the Rio Tinto aluminum plant.

Greg Tedesco, Managing Director and CFO of Hillcore Group stated “Zanron will complement the activities and capabilities of our other affiliates such as Waiward and Academy. For example, Waiward has recently been awarded the long-term maintenance contract for Canada LNG and will be able to gain support from Zanron in carrying out this contract.”
