Sale of Kanata retail strip for $2.4 million

Oct, 8, 2010 – Abacus Real Estate Investments sells 7-13 Kakulu Road in Kanata for $2.4M to a local investor. 7-13 Kakulu Road is a 13,000 square foot neighborhood retail strip. The property is anchored by a Mac’s convenience store. Abacus acquired the property as part of a portfolio purchase in March 2006.
